Registration
List of Registered Participants Is Now Available Here.
Registration is now closed. The deadline for canceling your registration has passed.
Notes for registered members:
- You should have already submitted your abstract. Details about abstract submission can be found here.
- You should have already been contacted about whether your abstract was selected for an oral or poster presentation (if not please write to ctc2010@uchicago.edu).
- The charge for meeting registration will appear on your credit card statement as "Genetics Society of America", this is because they are providing the support for the form and for processing your credit card.
- You should have seen a confirmation screen after successfully registering. We hope that you printed that screen for your records. We will send a follow up email that you can also use as proof of payment. Let us know at the meeting if you need any other proof of payment and we will try to accommodate you (best would be to prepare the text you need from us, we will print and sign).
- When you arrive at the meeting there will be a registration table where you will receive a badge, program and related materials.
- You will need to book your hotel room separately, click on the "hotel" tab on this website for further information. (the deadline for our negotiated rate has passed, consider other hotels in the area as some may be cheaper).
- We will provide breakfast and lunch as well as coffee on May 8, 9 and 10. On May 10 there will be a banquet in the evening. (No meals are provided on May 7th and no dinner is provided on May 8 and 9). The cost of these meals is included in your registration fee.
